Getting the hang, thats what i sang, when my nikon FA first went *bang* (or rather click.)

I like to post "first time experiences" with my cameras, so this is another one of those. well, i'm still getting the hang of it, everything is different from the nikon FE10. have to learn how to read the lightmeter etc etc. i didnt get that many good shots, i'll be posting small updates, as opposed to wallace and mark's mass updates. Instead of like 15 - 20 photos for each, i'm going to do 5plus photos each time. Take it slow. dont force out photos.
All the watery shots are just to test out the new 1/4000 shutter speed on the camera with an f1.8 appeture. I like how the droplets freeze. The rest are just to play around with the appeture and depth of field.

White is still the new Black and im loving it

My second set of black and whites are mainly people shots. 2 of which feature an umbrella that was never to be. Also, the 6th pic was taken with a unique lighting system which happened to make its way out of the walls of Mr Bills room. The picture with the two brothers is my personal fave. i would self entitle it " brotherly Love yeah right ". cheers chewy. And again, Xuan proves to be one of the best photo subjects. Enjoy

"Shoot !",said the model. "Click !", said the camera.

If you're thinking that's what happened in the second shot, then boy are you stupid.
My intentions for the first shot are purely random and do not include the aim of capturing that lady in the foreground. Really people, photographers are pretty normal.
If you were to stand a little further away from your screen the last three photos (which have god almighty fantastic colour) you would realise that they are of the colour combination know as Rasta. Pretty really.
